Oral Presentation at the 1st Medical Genetics Day of the Tunisian Association of Medical Genetic

I am proud to announce my participation in the 1st Conference of the Tunisian Society of Medical Genetics (STGM)! 🎉

I delivered an oral presentation on "Genetic Predisposition to Breast and Ovarian Cancer in 45 Families: Experience of the Department of Congenital and Hereditary Disorders, Charles Nicolle Hospital." The conference took place on June 8th, 2024, at 9 AM.

Our study aimed to report our department's experience in the molecular diagnosis of families with genetic predisposition to breast and ovarian cancers and to investigate the characteristics of tunisian patients carrying deleterious variants to establish genotype-phenotype correlations.

It was a fantastic opportunity to engage with researchers and clinicians dedicated to advancing our knowledge in medical genetics. I appreciated sharing insights from our study and discussing the implications of genetic predisposition in cancer with all attendees.
